Basic Chromatography
The goal of this two unit, web-based interactive learning module is to present a basic overview of high performance liquid chromatographic methods including hyphenated approaches and their application to biomedical, environmental, and other regulated areas of analysis. The course is based around a set of lecture notes, dynamic problem sets with on demand tutorial help, self-testing quizzes, and interactive spreadsheets to examine different experimental concepts. The course emphasis is on practical ways of improving separation performance and developing rugged and cost effective methods.
It is recommended that both modules be taken together however, each can stand alone.
